- hot tea with honey that came from a bear shaped container (I have a cold)
- the fact that I can justify eating 6 cans of pringles in the next two weeks (or maybe a little longer) because I can use the empty cans to make rainsticks for my class.
- the video from this article.

Little cans or big cans?
don't judge to harshly. but I need the big cans in order to make the sound good. and the unit is spring rain for kids with severe physical disablities (cerebral palsy for the most part with the addition of seizures, blindness, hearing problems etc. for some) and Michael will help I am sure.
as well as some other kids I know whose houses I can raid for empty cans. We already had one empty one and one half empty.
That was the best video I have seen on the internet. Thanks for sharing, I needed that!
Nancy, eat away my darling. The children need rainsticks, and rainsticks they must have. Though a great sacrifice on your part (eating ALL THOSE crisps, God, the prospect!) must be made to make it possible, I know in my heart that you will struggle through the suffering with head held high and bravery in your heart etc. etc.
And if you want extra help? I'd be happy to suffer beside you and much through some big cans of pringles too.
You know. For the sake of the children...
Er, that would be 'munch'.
Sorry.
Dammit. Ruined the whole effect...
I meant to tell you how inspiring the basketball article was.
only 4 cans so far. that is good because we can make the rainsticks in april. and if I keep the eating up (with help of course) we can also make a very hungry caterpillar.
